High School
Kwayu Graham was a starter throughout his career at Oak Ridge High School. At Oak Ridge he was a two time all state selection at wide receiver. He played and was the first to start both ways as a receiver and defensive back in the Tennessee-Kentucky All-Star game in 1989.
College
Graham continued his athletic career as a 4 year starter at East Tennessee State University. There he led the team in receiving and 4th in the conference (1990). He led the team in interceptions (1991).
Coaching Experience
Graham began his coaching career at Austin East High School. Coach Graham was the Assistant Head Coach from 1999-2004. He was the defensive coordinator from 1999 – 2000, then again in 2003-2005. He has coached defensive backs (1999-2004), wide receivers (1999-2000), running backs (2001), quarterbacks (2005) and linebackers (2005/06). He has coached a total of 7 All-State Players at the position he coached. Coach Graham was hired head coach 2005 season. As a head coach he has an overall record of 34-16. He has made the playoffs in each of his four years as a head coach to the 2nd round (2005/2006) and quarterfinals (2007 and 2008). He also finished runner up in Region 2-AAA in 2005 and 2008. Graham was the areas first National Football Foundation “Play It Smart” academic coach.

A native of Virginia Beach, VA, and a two sport athlete and captain in high school, Bowles moved to Johnson City, TN and graduated from Science Hill High School. He is now married to former Lyndsey Carmichael.

A natvie of Oak Ridge, TN, Coach Tillman was a two sport athlete at then Nationally Ranked Oak Ridge. Tillman is now married to former Amanda Franklin and they have one daughter Kylie (5).

Personal:
Nat Scott is a graduate of Science Hill High School (2007) and is currently attending The University of Tennessee and is majoring in English Education. Coach Scott joined the Roadrunner staff last season as a freshman assistant and will continue to work with the freshman as well as coach the OLB's during the upcoming season.
